Poor care displayed towards resident of 2 years. I will not be continue lease and making plans to move. Paint chipping on railing to dog park, appliance went out- taking over a week to replace. Using a third party answer service for emergencies- that does not put maintenance requests in. On day 5 of standing water in dishwasher (after 3 maintenance requests)- only to be told a new appliance needs to be ordered and will take an additional 3 days to a week.
