So I provided my forwarding address to them so they could send me my return deposit check in November. After waiting around a month I called back since I hadn't received my check. Turns out that even though they had my forwarding address,sent me a signed receipt in November,(see attachment) they did not send the check. Which makes me think if I hadn't stayed on top of this they would have just kept my money. They wouldn't even send the check express for their mess up. That's what I call lousy customer service. I can't say it enough, but do not give theses people your money. They use "bait and switch tactics" also keep your money afterwards unless you hold them accountable. Don't trust them.
