Wherever you choose to rent, there will be pros and cons. Weigh them out and "count the cost" before making your decision. There may be issues with safety and right to privacy. I would just suggest that anyone contemplating living there take precautions to protect yourself, your property, your space and peace of mind. Security cameras are always valuable when you take up residence in anyplace for that matter. There are a lot of unscrupulous people who just wait for you to put your personal belongings in. Then watch your habits and patterns. While you're away for a set time, like at work, ones with that particular mindset, make their way into your personal space and go through your things, taking what appeals to them, whether food and drink, or other items. So, I strongly encourage anyone to wisely and discreetly set up cameras at move in wherever you choose to live. The office staff at that property seems helpful and nice.
