The management is terrible at responding to complaints and do not respond to emails and never, and I do mean never pick up the phone when you call. You have to contact them multiple times to get a response to any issues or concerns.

Not good. The hall ways are dirty. The community gate never worked. It's always open. Some rental office staff are very rude. Monthly rentals are very high, no benefits for staying 2 consecutive years

Awful , the gym equipment doesn't work. The gates have been open for over a 2 years. Extremely dirty property. I wouldn't recommend anyone here nothing works. The property as a whole is just a bad experience.

Overall apartment is good with all amenities pool is clean, staff are professional and maintenance requests are addressed timely. There are 3 electric chargers hope to have many in near future. No car ports at this point of time.

The only thing I would change is Trash butler service. They are terrible and not consistent at all. They have missed trash days multiple times since moving here. The property is great. I would recommend finding a new valet trash.
