For 2 years, April (Property Manager) has wanted me to write my review of this property, so here it is. 1. Don't expect any of your policies to be clear. 2. Budget more each month for fees they will try to find and tag to your bill 3. Bring any of your complaints to corporate because they don't do crap about them in the office 4. Don't expect any of the front desk to know what you're talking about because they're poorly trained nor expect any of them to follow through with "I'll get right on that" 5. Don't expect your hallways to be cleaned nor maintenance requests to be completed on time because they have a major turnover in employees
