Prospective Resident • 2015 Not Recommended
We were thinking about renting in this apartment but we didn't meet some of the criteria, but instead of saying no they told us to bring in more paper work. They already made up their mind about not letting us lease the apartment but they told us they would look at our paper work again but we needed to give them around $420 for the deposit and other fees. The first time they looked at our paperwork they didn't need any deposit but the second time they said we needed to make a deposit and that was the only way they would be able to look at our information. The administrative fee is understandable but they wanted the actual deposit fee in order to tell us if we were eligible or not. They probably just wanted the deposit so they could split it among themselves. Overall the staff is only seems to be polite when they are trying to get your money but once you pay they just don't seem to care at all. The staff also does not seem to know how to treat potential customers, they will have a look on their face as if you were disturbing them by asking for information. In general they pretty much have no general common courtesy you should have if you are working in the service industry. All of the other reviews on this site are 100% correct about the apartment, staff is unprofessional and dishonest. They also said water will be shut off during emergencies, but shouldn't you have the problem fixed after the first few times it happened instead of dragging it on for years? I recommend that you avoid this place at all costs.
