It was great when Dena was still here. Ever since the property has gone under new management (a year now) it has become very difficult to communicate and resolve issues with the manager and office staff. They say one thing and do another. Most recent experience was that my AC went out after hours and so I tried contacting the emergency line, twice, without anyone answering. I then went about finding a solution my own way (I have 2 small kids and the low at night was still 80). Maintenance was great, Arnold has always been wonderful but when I emailed the office about the issue the next day, Jennifer did not apologize at all and told me to not contact anyone but their company in the future even though the wait times was longer than normal. She basically scolded me for having to find my own solution to having no AC!!! What a joke, I cannot wait to move.
