        Overall, we really like living here. We do wish we had some more closet space. Also, it seems like there is always something not working, such as the remote outside doors or the garage gate. The fire alarms have a lot of issues also.

              Maintenance and support at the Eastbank at Waterside apartment complex are excellent. However, more should be done to ensure security in the complex parking garage. There have been numerous incidents of thefts such as stolen catalytic converters from cars.

                      I have really enjoyed living here at Eastbank. Leasing& management& maintenance team are very nice, great communication and professionalism.                               Dear Resident, The common hallways are set at this tempter due to the urgent request from ERCOT to conserve usage because the the extremely hot weather we are experience with several weeks well over 100 degrees. Please visit ERCOT website for information regarding Weather Watch. The locker system does not lockers that take the large boxes for a case of product but when the delivery drivers arrive in the office they sign the large package in the system so you are aware of the delivery and you can sign the package out, close the locker and pick up your package in the leasing office during normal office hours. Delivery of packages by the carriers is only available during office hours, the carries do not have access to the buildings after office hours. If you would like to contact the community manager I am happy to give you the day the advance email notification was sent out for the work in the parking lot. As technology advances most controlled access is performed via an app on your phone, new communities have this same access for both the buildings and apartment homes. The community does have a Service Team member on call from another community for emergencies. If you would like to discuss any of these items in more detail please do not hesitate to reach out to the leasing office at 817-377-1000.                                       Good neighborhood! Nice tenants and management. There are a lot of stores nearby! Walk to Wholefoods! Walking on the River side is a great exercise. Also close enough to downtown and hospitals. Rent is competitive with others.
