I leased at Elan River District in September of 2019, due to how much I liked the staff there at the time. I absolutely loved my time there, but unfortunately had some devastating family issues come up right before the start of Covid-19 Pandemic. I have a second job bar-tending at night, so half of my income was nonexistent for many months. This all caused significant financial, emotional, and personal hardships. The staff has gone through some changes since I originally leased there, but the grace and kindness that they have showed me as a whole has not. This staff is amazing. They really do care about uniquely helping their residents. They have been so helpful to me without constantly hassling me, have maintained outstanding customer service, and genuinely have made me feel like everything was going to be fine. They have treated me like a human being and not just as a random and temporary resident. Thank you so much, Elan River District Team. The Property Management Industry needs more people and teams like this.
