1) This is one of the few apartments in Fort Worth unaffected by train noise (it's still audible but barely)
2) New management came on about 6 months ago, so any previous reviews about management can be disregarded. They are doing a good job. The few times I've been late on my rent, they waived the late fee without a problem. They host tons of free events for residents to meet each other. They put in a sand volleyball court by the pool. They are switching us to a cheaper cable provider (Charter). So they are actively working to make the community better
3) The demographics here from what I've seen is mostly young (25-35) singles and couples. People are friendly and it's easy to make friends.
4) I've heard some of my neighbors say they can hear footsteps above them etc.. maybe I got lucky, but I don't hear a peep, and I've got a couple with 2 dogs living above me.
5) The apartments themselves are nice and the scenery/landscaping is pretty, with lots of green. I lived in Century Colonial Park before this and that one felt like I was going to cell block D when I came home. This apartment feels like a real home.
6) I never had a problem with finding a parking spot
7) My only complaint is the heating/cooling ducts make the air kind of gross.. like when the heating is on it gets very stuffy and hard to breathe. I came from an apartment that had a heating pole, which warmed the room without making it stuffy.
8) They respond quickly to service requests
