My husband and I lived here for 6 months, but that was about 4 months too long. Make sure if you do live here you can be a little bit of a pest in making sure stuff gets done. Air conditioner broke in July and August. It took them 3 weeks to finally FULLY fix it. Everytime they came to fix it (mind you it took me at least two times of calling before they actualy came) it was a short term fix and ended up breaking on an even hotter day. I told them about 3 of our doors the entire time we lived there and they NEVER came to even see if they could fix them, NEVER! Our toilet broke in the master bedroom and wouldn't flush so my husband called. Two days later, I called and she said "oh they didn't come? Ok I will send them first thing Monday morning". Tuesday I called and told them AGAIN! For a person who has to wake up every two hours to go to the bathroom because a baby is bouncing on the bladder it is VERY annoying to have to go across the apartment. Neighorhood is AWFUL! Had my drivers side mirror knocked off, of course no one left a note. Dogs run around without leashes, neighbors are loud, and they do not inform you when they will be working on parking lots so you may drive up one day to NO parking and/or can't get in your entrance. Gates are a joke, one doesn't even work. The only 2 plusses I can say are that the office people are nice and it is a good deal for the size. Though we moved for all of the above reasons, the biggest reason is I do not feel safe living there and I sure as heck don't feel safe having a new born living there.
