Ownership of the property seems to change with some regularity, with each group apparently being worse than the last. The current landlords seem intent on bleeding this stone for all it's worth, cutting all types of overhead at any cost. For quite some time, now, they have employed one (1) front office receptionist/bookkeeper/leasing-agent/(whatever else needs to be done)/manager, as well as one (1!) 24/7 on call, on site maintenence. This is not a huge property, but the amount of personnel employed is inadequate; things get done poorly if they get done at all. A great current example is the pool situation. Through some combination of stinginess and ineptitude, the residents of this community can look forward to spending the hottest weeks of the summer without a pool because it failed to pass "city inspection." The hot tub has not been operational all year. Great job, guys.
