I have regretted moving in since day 1. Whether it be issues with office staff, move-in was horrible and nothing was ready for me (had to be re-keyed, no trash can, garage not clean and no clicker, I had to pay my movers extra $$ to wait on the management staff to get my apartment ready for move-in....nothing was reimbursed....etc), AC unit took almost 5 days to fix, they entered my apartment when I told them not to because I didn't want to startle my dog, they asked me to remove my dog so they could work in my apartment, so I took her to camp (paid the camp fee), but then no one did work on my apartment. I wasted that day at camp. I was told a package would be held at the office for me until I could come (I advised I was out of town for a few weeks), only to find they returned the package without my knowledge and now the package is nowhere to be found (sender did not receive it back, and I cannot reorder the product). I've had a very horrible experience. I wish I had never moved in.
