Villa Del Rio Apartments

Just by looking at the apartments you could tell that they were terrible but that is all I could afford at the time any way my apartmet was supposed to be ready by the first of August but it I didn't get in until the fifteenth. When they gave my keys they told me that every thing was done but they didn't change my locks. They failed to tell me that they didn't paint the walls or change and clean my carpet. The walls still had spots and stains from the previous tenants and all their scrapes and dents from what ever furniture they had. My carpet smelled and was still very damp when I moved in. The dish washer had old food stuck in it and my toilet and bath tub was chipped. They huge water bugs and cockroaches crawling from out of sinks. And the neighbors would be outside bumping music really loud until three in the morning. They would slam the door and my windows would rattle, you could here their every move in and outside their apartments and they were very very ------. Oh and you better keep the little stubs that come of the money orders when you pay your rent and have them sign it because they will be quick to say you didn't pay your rent, and they only give you a three days notice until they evict you!
