We want our residents to be proud to call Bell Frisco at Main their home. We definitely address residents that may not be doing the right thing by picking up after their animals. Additionally, our grounds team sweeps through the property daily to pick up our grounds and buildings to ensure everything is clean. Thank you so much for taking the time to write your review. We certainly understand your frustration when you may experience inconsiderate neighbors, mechanical things that malfunction from time to time or any time an amenity may be temporarily down. We do have a courtesy officer that can be paged out at any time the office is not open to address a neighbor that may have excessive noise coming from their apartment. Hello, thank you for leaving your comments. We're so sorry to hear this! The gym is cleaned on a schedule, but the office would be happy to look at anything you think needs more attention. They would also be glad to assist if ever there are any children unattended there. We certainly understand your frustration with the limited amenity hours; unfortunately, this is to ensure management can monitor the safety of each area and can enforce any CDC recommendations.
