My experience at cypress was awful. We had apartment with a backyard which they told they are going to maintain but everything changed after we signed lease. Basically I was paying for yard to clean up neighbors mess. Complained the staff so many times but nothing was done. Inside the apartment all kinds of pests..spiders, roaches, ants etc sometimes geckos too. Walls and ceiling are like paper, you can hear everyone talking n walking. Lastly keep this in mind you will never get your deposit back no matter how spotless you give your apartment back. Had a bad experience living there n with staff too. Staff is v rude, not professional. Stay away from this property, only benefit of this is location nothing else.
