Worst apartments I've ever lived in. And I've lived in quite a few. First, the noise is absolutely nuts. It's constant. It gets quieter in the day time, for about an hour at 3pm. In the morning there's construction. Every. Single. Day. Banging, knocking, beeping from the trucks. Then there's the people and the parades outside your door, within feet. Imagine waking up on a saturday morning after a long work week and there's screaming, yelling, singing, talking, shouting. At 7am. It's a nightmare. Goodbye to sleep unless you get earplugs. And the thin walls where you can hear your neighbor build a shelf for an hour straight isn't nice either... lastly this is pretty recent but the reason I will be leaving. My apartment is on the outside, I get to see my car parked outside my door everyday in the pretty weather. This solved worry for me, and it was very convenient. When moving in I was given the option to buy a parking garage permit, complete with a sticker for your car and a clicker to open the garage. $70 in value. No option for a keypad either. I forgo, I liked parking outside. Until recently I am no longer able to do that. It is illegal to park outside. You will get a ticket from the city of Frisco. You now are forced to park in the parking garage, purchase $70 to use the garage, $100+ if you have more than one car or more than one person. The parking garage is scary far from my apartment's door! But it is the only method of parking now. If I'd have known I have to pay to park where I live I would've never moved here. I'm out.
