Absolute worst customer service! Stacey is incompetent and the manager, Isabelle, called me a liar. She accused me of forging my employment verification (THAT MY MANAGER HAS TO SIGN AND EMAIL/FAX BACK)and her reasoning was that, "Anyone could have filled out this form". If that's the case, then why even use that as a valid method of verification? Isabelle also went on to say that because I didn't "have a full time job last year" she didn't think "I could pay my rent" even though I had two part time jobs, one of which became full time with a promotion to management after 4 months of part time (30-32 hours/week). I had been at that job a total of 10 months. I have four years of great rental history, I've never been evicted, I don't have any balances from previous apartments, and I've received my full deposit from all three of the complexes I've lived. I don't see how that translates to unstable, or even that I wouldn't be able to pay my bills. I moved to Dallas for an increase in salary within the same industry. This place treated me like absolute crap and I suggest living here if you like headache and disorganization. The rent may be inexpensive, but the management is terrible.
