I moved her 8 months ago and have good service. Maintenance is quick to respond and I always get a follow up call from the office. The office staff is very nice; they work hard and don't have very nice people living here; I am sure they get yelled at a lot. They do pursue people with balances. I once forgot to pay my water and I got a notice every day until it was paid. Hey, I did owe it and they were doing thier job. I really believe the owners want to make the property a great place to live. I hear from my neighbors that they are increasing rates upon expiration.
