I should have been smarter to realize that the games the leasing agents were playing during the tour and high pressure "sign now" would continue after moving in. The front office and maintenance teams will evade you like the plague when you have an issue, and it's not like "oh that's lower priority than such and such" it's more about apathy. They feel once you signed the lease, you're theirs like you sold your soul to the -----. There's a whole lot of pay-for-review activity going on with these people and their rewards app, which they'll tell you is going to give you so many gift cards but it takes WAAAYYYY too much effort to get any.
