Very POOR customer service. If you have issues, do not count on management to care of your issues. They refuse to taking accountability for someone who pays nearly $1500 in rent a month. Rosemary (property manager) kicked me out of the front office because i was displeased with with her resolution to my A/C issues. She also would not give me the information to her higher ups which is also upsetting. As a leader, you would expect for her to set an example for her associates but that is something she did not display. As i walked out, i asked for her business card and she would not give me that as well. Hell she didn't even want ti give me her name. The only reason i left without making is a scene is because she most likely would have called the police. And you know what happens to black men when the police are called. THEY GET SHOT ! So i fully expect for someone in your company to reach out to me regarding this matter. I am very persistent and would like to get this resolved quickly.
