Lets start off that the location of this community is awesome. I have been here for about 3 months and still haven't been comfortable in my place. First off I did not receive a move in condition check list. I walked the apartment with the manager and pointed out several issues. I'm still not comfortable in my place yet. Hot water issues every week. Low pressure in both sinks and it takes about 13mins just to get Luke warm water. You have to turn on the tub to get water warm. The paint job is horrible. The model they show is amazing but the unit you get is terrible. I put a work order in for the light outside my door which has been out since I moved in. A month later the work order said completed. Lies lies lies. The paint job is horrible. No handles on my drawers. My patio floods every time it rains and twice water has leaked into my unit. Top it off I'm being charged for using my on washer and dryer. I'm tired of hearing we will take care of it or maintenance will be in today. I don't usually post but I'm so not happy. The rent I'm paying is not worth what I'm staying in.
