I don't even live there and considered moving in. The initial interaction with the leasing agent was very unprofessional, she didn't seem to know the availability she told me I had to have my check stubs, deposit, app fee and admin fee before I could submit an app. That is fine I came back the next day with the check stubs as I had the deposit and additional fees the previous day and she informed me that the unit was already leased out. I stupidly told her i will still apply and she offered a third floor. After having a second bad encounter I asked will my deposit and admin fee be refunded she stated yes. Today as i'm reviewing the reviews and have this gut feeling this place may not be the place I would like to reside, I called to cancel and now they are unsure if I will get my deposit back. I understand the app fee and the admin fee (although) the previous genious said I would get it back but my deposit??? So I'm patiently waiting for a call back to see if that will be resolved. The person I spoke to did not have the criteria on hand and stated since they are privately owned their rules are different. This is going to be interesting. Please reconsider even viewing this property they are HORRIBLE! in CAPS!
