The whole leasing process was very difficult and confusing to follow as there was no follow up correspondence and the leasing office rarely picks up phone calls which made it more difficult to do a follow up.

Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Flexible leasing options with attached garages. Clean, quiet community. The entrance and exit gates aren't working consistently although someone does repair them regularly

It has gone down in the years. Mgmt changes and lack to respond to concerns and maintenance response to work orders. The upkeep is horrible. We are in a gated community and gate has not been working in months. Not safe.
