I lived there for 2 months (June 2005) before advised to break my lease and move out by a Grand Prairie Police Officer. Need I say more? Not only did I not get the apartment shown to me or even close to what was shown, I was placed in the very back by the Tennis Court/Basketball goal, there were groups/gangs there, I was awakened every morning by the sound of dump trucks moving dirt from one spot to the other outside my bedroom window, had "soft spots" all over the floor of the apartment (I lived upstairs),the upstairs porch was broken away 2-inches from the brick and cement column holding it up, had so many cracks in the cement that my neighbor had water on her head everytime I watered my plants, electrically it blew up one of my 35" TV's from a fire-shooting outlet in the living room, promised a washer/dryer when I moved in but never saw one. I instructed the office that I was moving out because the apartment was "structually unihabitable and was considered in breach of Fire Code Violations, as well as City of Grand Prairie ordinances on excessive noise." Even with that, they have put almost 5000.00 against me on my credit report, of which I am in the process of obtaining an attorney. All I can say is take pictures, take pictures, take pictures! That is what I did as documented evidence.<br>Sharon Weinstein
