I've lived here for a year and change and haven't had any major problems. No more so than any other apt. complex I've lived in.

o maintenance was fine, prompt on every call
o staff was fine. Polite every time I talked to them.
o Avg. price for the area. Took it more to be close to work and friends than anything else.

X More of a personal thing - I don't hang out in Arlington. (Nice 5 min commute to work though :)

X People that are too lazy to get out of their cars and knock. Car horns are NOT doorbells people.

X Chick above me that likes to build things - constantly. I hate to gripe about it (what do my downstairs neighbors think of me?) but seriously do you REALLY need to hang that picture at Midnight? Really??

X What is the point of having a gate if it never works? Granted, drunk people leaving at 4am and dragging it off of it's hinges don't help. Still I've known it to take a month or more to get it fixed.

All in all I'm not sure what everyone else is whining about. I guess that if you've had a bad experience you're just more likely to ----- about it *anonymously* on the net. ;)

I would, and have, recommended this place to friends.

Say Hi to the Tri-Delta girl for me.
