If I could give 0 stars I would but since 1 is the lowest option - it'll do. Let's see, first off there is mold in the apartment. They apparently tried to cover it up before I moved in. Maintenance has been out to fix my garbage disposal at least 7 or 8 times it's been broken for the last 2 months but why bother calling them to "fix" it again. It'll end up working for 2-3 weeks and then break again. You can tell where they didn't replace the carpet from the previous tenants - there's just little carpet squares that were cut out and replaced. The entire back balcony fell off when it was leaned against and hundreds of termites scattered all over the place. To top it off apartment 608 has the most obnoxious dog to have ever lived. It never stops barking. I called the office - nothing was done. I knocked on their door personally - nobody was home, which was probably why the little rat wouldn't stop barking. Courtesy patrol came out at 11:30 at night - of course nobody was home. They notified the office - nothing was done. I called the office, AGAIN and they said they would notify the residents. I got a call later on that "as of tomorrow, the dog will no longer be a resident". Well it's been 6 weeks and the little weasel is still residing at red river ranch. It constantly keeps me up at night and wakes me up every morning. The neighbors obviously like to participate in "extra curricular activities" so your entire apartment will reek of weed. I was given a notice on 5/31 to renew my lease or put in my move out notice. The date on the paper said I had until 6/15 to turn in my decision. I turned it in on the morning of 6/15 and was told I would have to pay the pro-rated amount of 1,135 for the month of august. She said in order to have kept my contract amount - I would have had to sign paperwork by 6/1. They gave me ONE day to make a decision. Now I will be paying 567 to live at this dump for 15 more days.
If you like moldy apartments, termites in the walls, noisy neighbors, and an incompetent office staff - this is the place for you.
