Dear anonymous, Thanks you for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience doesn't seem to be up to our standards. We would like to address these concerns for you, but since your review was written anonymously we do not know who to contact. We have only owned this property for six months so we cannot speak to your experience before, but the pool is currently open, the gates currently work, and the maintenance personal wear our company uniform. Perhaps this was different in the past before we owned Riverhill. If you see something different we would love to know when and where so we can fix it. Can you please share your contact information? Dear anonymous, Your review profile says that you were a resident at Riverhill between 2016 and 2017. The current owner of the property is no longer Fogleman and we have retained less than 10% of the staff from that previous ownership. We purchased this property at the beginning of 2019. We appreciate your feedback and will use as we move forward. But is there something that lead you to write the review just now? Something we could look into for you? Kia, We apologize for the delay on your move in. There was a contractor that accidentally broke the window and did cut their hand. You were not alerted in the appropriate amount of time about the resulting delay on your move in date. Since this review I believe you have worked with our Community Manager on the appropriate response and concession from us. Thank you for taking time to post a review. Unfortunately, it is very rare that you find a community with ample amount of parking spaces, or even spaces to match the number of units in a community. With that, we make every effort to inform our residents, in writing, upon move-in that visitor parking is limited and that there is a strict towing policy in place. In addition, signage regarding our towing is located in front of each entrance. Also, anytime that you feel that you are towed in error, please contact the office immediately, as we receive photos prior to every tow to ensure we keep the tow company honest. Thank you for taking time out to post a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're less than pleased with the parking and Internet service. Due to limited parking, we offer covered parking and garages for a nominal fee. Contact the leasing office to reserve your space(s) today. As far as your internet speed, try contacting the Provider to have them test the IP line for any obstructions. If you still find that you need further assistance, please stop in the office, I'm sure we'll be able to get you a resolve. I would appreciate the opportunity.
