When I first moved in 2 yrs ago it was a nice apt w/ attached garage. Now? Horrible. Similar complaints as the others, hard to get someone to answer phone or even be in the office alot of times. Poor grounds management, crappy maintenance work or no response, trash every where from residence leaving in the hall when it's not a day for pick up, dog poop every where (because 1/2 the time the dog bags are out for dog owners to use), charge you $11 for pest control every month but don't do anything for it. Pool area is actually really nice but on the weekends is always dirty "because they don't have anyone to clean on the weekends" We had a water line break at 10 pm one night, left us with out water for close to 2 days. NO one in maintenance every answered the phone or called back. Finally had to call the City of Grand Prairie the night of the break to get something done to fix the leak. Now they have stopped watering the grass in the complex so everything is dry and dog park area reeks of dog urine because no sprinklers to keep it washed down. 3 apts have caught fire due to faulty appliances including my neighbor across the hall. Don't ever complain about anything because if you do, they just turn around to make up BS to try to give you a lease ;t work with me. Wouldn't recommend & not renewing my lease!!!
