Seasons at Green Oaks
The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Dear Anonymous, We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our residents. The reason we have only one entry is because the other two gates are fire gates only. If you would care to discuss your concerns with me, I am always available until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. You can just ask for the manager when you call or come by the leasing office.
Thanks for taking the time to rate and review our community. If you haven't been to the office to discuss your water bill, please give us a call. We would be happy to analyze your previous bills and check for any maintenance issues that might contribute to higher bills.
Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts about our community!
We are sorry to hear that the upgrades we are doing in the community have been a source of frustration for you, however, the repairs are necessary. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Dear Anonymous, We do monitor our parking lot on a regular basis for cars that are in violation of our parking policies. We work with car owners to avoid having their vehicles towed but we do require a timely response from them. Also, if you see someone parked in a handicapped spot with out proper tags, you can always notify the police. They may respond and issue that person a ticket. However, handicapped parking is not reserved parking. Those spaces are available to anyone with proper tags. If you want to be guaranteed a parking space, I recommend that you talk to us about a covered parking space which is assigned only to you.
Thanks for your review and sharing your experience at Seasons at Green Oaks. We wish you well in your new home and please do look us up if you move back this way.
Thanks for the kudos Greg! We appreciate you for taking the time to review Seasons at Green Oaks. We are always happy to help where we can!
Dear Kanat, We have searched through our work order history and have not been able to find anyone who reported the issues you are describing. This is certainly a problem that would have not been ignored. We apologize if this has been your experience with our maintenance team and would very much like to speak with you in person about this problem. Please contact our manager, Connie at 817-258-2300.
Dear Anonymous, I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed by your experience at Seasons at Green Oaks. When we make a decision that affects everyone in the community, we know that there will always be some that don't agree. However, it's our responsibility to consider the well-being and the impact that our policies will have on everyone. The gate at the rear of the community was built as an exit only gate. We changed our policy about the gate at the request of many residents who felt that the gate being open was not in the best interest of the community and we agree. We do apologize that some of our Cares Events have been postponed recently. Our Cares Team had to delay or cancel some events because of the birth of their brand new baby and more recently had to postpone some events because of the flu. I am more than willing to address your many concerns with you personally if you would like to contact me at the office. I'm sure we can work together to find solutions that better address your needs while you are with us at Seasons at Green Oaks.
Dear unhappyrenter75050, I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your neighbors. I'm not sure what your particular situation with them is, but I would be happy to discuss the problem with you. I am in the office until 5:00 pm each weekday. I don't recall speaking with anyone regarding noise issues recently and since you have elected to make your complaint anonymously it's very difficult for me to answer specifically to your allegations. However, as I said, I would like to meet with you to discuss the situation if you will contact me at the office.
Dear Gillian23, Thank you for for taking the time to share your experience at Seasons at Green Oaks. We hope you'll be living with us for years to come!
Dear Simplytira, When we spoke I explained to you that we are terribly concerned about the situation between you and your neighbor. Unfortunately, the person who lives upstairs from you has not violated any community policies, so it's a different situation than someone who plays their music excessively loud. We can (and have) made them aware of your distress but a toddler is going to do what all toddlers do. They race across the floor, they drop toys, and occasionally, they jump up and down. These are noises that are part of every day life and beyond anyone's control, even the parents because the child is just being a normal child. We will follow up on this issue and of course, the option for you to transfer to the third floor where no one is above you, is something we would be able to help you with.
I'm very sorry that you were disappointed at The Seasons. As one can tell by reading your review, we went to great lengths to help you resolve your issue. A standard part of preparing an apartment for the next new resident involves moving the appliances to clean them and the kitchen. That is not a step that we would miss during the make ready process, however, once insects have been introduced to the environment they will find a secure hiding place to nest. I am glad our professional pest control company was able to isolate the problem and resolve it for you. Utility bills are also not something that we have control over, but we are happy to help our residents by conducting an energy audit upon request to see if there is a way we can help lower the utility expense. Our garages are a standard size for a one car garage. Your leasing consultant will gladly share the garage measurements with you if have an interest in leasing a garage and we also offer covered parking, so there are 2 options if you wish to avoid open parking. Our residents are very important to us and we are always available to them to help resolve any concerns or maintenance issues they might have.
I see from your review that there are aspects of living here that you enjoy. We do hope that you will stay with us even though your rent is changing. If your rent was increased by $20 per month or $240 per year, the cost of moving will be far higher than the additional rent you will be paying by the time you add the expense of new deposits, transferring utilities, packing supplies and a moving truck, not to mention the tedious and frustrating task of locating a new apartment. We don't like it either, but unfortunately, when other costs increase, rent also increases. We try to offer our current residents the same price that new residents moving in will pay. Our most current rents are always available on our website at www.seasonsatgreenoaks.com. If I may suggest this; visit our website to see how the offer we made you compares with our current rental rates. Chances are, you may be still paying less. We always seek to exceed our residents expectations by offering them the best value when compared with the rates of other communities in our area. If you would like to speak with me, my door is always open and I would love to assist you with some ideas to refresh your apartment, should you choose to renew.
