Wildwood Creek Apartments
Resident · 2013 - 2014
I lived here for a year and would not go back. I left my apartment in pristine condition and received a bill for almost $350.00. They advertise "upgrades" but what you really get is gray (not steel) appliances, vinyl floors cheaply made to look like imitation wood, and formica countertops that have been spraypainted to look like granite (they don't at all). My car was broken into because the exterior lighting never works. It blinks on and off all night. They had no after-hours maintenance or emergency number, so when there were a dozen kids partying in the pool at 2 am (which happens constantly because there are no gates or locks), I had to call the police. My very expensive bicycle was ruined when they painted the buildings a hideous blue and gray, because they splattered paint all over it. They left the buildings unpainted for MONTHS while they tried to pick colors, with primer and stucco splotches EVERYWHERE, and everyone had to keep their patio furniture in their living rooms. I wasn't able to use my patio for 2 months. OH, and then after all this, they INCREASED my rent after 11 months, and wanted $1000 for a one-bedroom, one-bath, totally NON-upgraded apartment. Forget it...there are newer, nicer communities that will give you brand new, luxurious apartments for the same price.
