Bellagio at Beach Street
Resident · 2012 - 2013
I have been here for just over a year. (I just signed another year-long lease.) I love my apartment, and though I want to buy a house, I will be sad to leave. Anytime I need something fixed (bathtub drain, sink drain, toilet, and new air filter) they are here within the next day to fix it. My A/C needed something done to it, and they fixed that ASAP. The lawns are always well kept. The pools, though frequently used, are always clean. They are closed on Mondays now for some reason, though. My rent is 750, and with allocated water is usually about 800. I find that to be expensive for a one bedroom apartment, but you get what you pay for. I have read that people have had break-ins, but we haven't had any trouble. (knock on wood!) I'm afraid that happens at any complex, however. I had to complain about my upstairs neighbor a few times because she would stomp really hard. There are new people there, and we rarely hear them. Everywhere is well-lit- in between buildings and in the parking lot. I rarely feel unsafe. Parking is kind of a huge hassle. This is a huge complex, and at nights we end up having to park really far sometime. We were told there were no complaints about parking when we moved in, which had to be a lie. The garages are like 80 a month, and assigned awning parking is 25 a month. The staff is nice enough. I rarely call or anything. The one guy that works up there is kind of rude, but the ladies are sweet. I decided to write this review because people usually only write something if they are upset. Other than a minor few things (and the children always hanging out on the stairs and in front on my apartment) I love it here. I would recommend this complex to my friends for sure.
