Bellagio at Beach Street
Resident · 2013 - 2014
I have lived at the Bellagio for over a year and I would continue to live here if I could. When I first moved in, I heard a lot about the parking and break ins but that has never been an issue. I have never had an issue with finding a parking spot. Would I rather have front row parking every time? Absolutely, but if you aren t willing to pay then you can really complain about it. I have always been able to find a spot regardless of the time of day. I have never felt unsafe and leave for work early and get home after dark, so that means a lot being a female walking to my car in the dark. I have read reviews that the staff is rude and rush you off the phone. I disagree with this but then again if I had a guest sitting in front of me, I would also try to make the conversation to the point so I can accommodate everyone. I have found it is easiest to email them. They get in contact with you right away, and I have always felt taken care of. You can rent out the clubhouse complimentary; the gym has an abundant amount of equipment, you can have your walls painted to make it feel more like your own home, the pool always has chairs and they keep track of who is at the pool so it is not full of somebody s friend s friend. I read a comment on here that electric was extremely high... I am not sure what provider they were with but I never paid an insane electric bill. I have suggested The Bellagio to many people and when I have company they always compliment how nice the complex is. I have really enjoyed my time living at the Bellagio and have zero complaints on service, accommodations and amenities.
