I've lived here for a year and I'm about to renew my lease. I love it here!! The maintenance guys are great, last summer my AC suddenly stopped working and the guys worked on it and had it running in an hour!! Any type of maintenance issue is resolved the same day! The office people are so cool, I've never had any problems like some people say in other posts, of course if you don't pay rent they will have to ask for it... I have a carport so parking is not a problem for me but when I have friends coming over, they usually park near my apt. The property is always clean and well kept, landscape is real nice. The construction around the property sometimes can drive you crazy but we all know it has to end sometime. I referred a friend and I had $300 off my rent!!! You can't beat that :)
