I have been here 13 years and have never really had any problems until the complex was bought out by Willmax. Run, run, RUN as fast as you can AWAY from these apartments. My rent was up for renewal and I hadn't received anything from them regarding my renewal. I had to go in and ask about it and then they tell me that my rent is being raised $124!!!! I sent an email to corporate and they had the property manager call me today and say, we would love for you to stay but I can't change the rent amount but I will allow you to give you move out notice but it has to be done by tomorrow and you have to come in and fill out one of our forms. What kind of company does things like that? So we have the holidays coming up and I have to find another place to stay after 13 YEARS because of some inconsiderate people?? Yea...avoid this place at all cost!!!
