I have lived at Bellagio for 3 months now and had a few issues when I moved in. Promises that where made at leasing where not kept when I moved in. Work order request that mysteriously where not entered or no record of a request being submitted. Not being told the correct time frame a work order request will be completed; you are told 48hrs and a week later its till not done. Trash is an issue, many times the dumpster is overflowing and resident don't make an effort to get the trash into the dumpster. It hard to find parking after 6:30pm, you may have to park some distance to your apartment. Residents don't tend to slowdown when driving through the complex. I've notice the gates sometimes are not working and remain open. The rent is high, but you have to remember apartments in that area /zip code are high. As a whole I do like the apartment and I don't have any issues with the ladies in the front office. You do have the issue of trains that passes at certain times of the day and night. If that not something you are not used to it may bother you. I'm a heavy sleeper it does not bother me. The only other issue I have is that I can hear my neighbor above me. I don't know if it's the floor in the that section of the apartment, but every move they make I can hear.
