I have been living here for just over 2 years with my 2 yr old son and my husband. We have loved living here and there are tons of other kids for my son to play with (and parents I like too). The whole neighborhood is friendly and courteous. There were a few things that were not fixed when we moved in but when we renewed this year with the new owners they fixed all the problems and then some that have come up in the past 2 yrs. The rent did go up this yr $120 but when I asked why they said all the apartments were being upgraded. I told her mine wasn't so over the next month she made sure our apartment got all the upgrades too. New cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, new window screens and more! The office ladies are so nice and they know me, my husband and son by name. They have a CARES team that lives on property and delivers cute little treats to each door along with community event calenders. Events like movies by the pool and game night are great! The property stays well maintained but that does mean that there is often lawn crew noise. My son and I LOVE the pool and the fun fountain up front. Over all, had some issues with the old management but the new owners really turned this place around!
