We're deeply sorry to read that your experience with our community hasn't been to your liking. We have more than one way to pay rent, and payments aren't late until the 4th of each month - water bills are posted on the 1st of every month. Ultimately, move-out charges are dependent on the condition of a home after a resident has left. We do not discriminate for any reason at all and we are not in the business of wrongfully keeping residents deposits. If you have any further questions, please reach out to our office, thank you.

We are excited to unveil the renovation plans for The Ranch at Fossil Creek! We are introducing new amenities and luxurious upgrades that were meticulously planned with our current and prospective residents in mind. Soon you will be able to play a game of fetch with your furry friends in our new puppy park. Our plans also include extensive renovations in the gym, business center and clubhouse. We are expecting for the project to be completed by mid-June. Now is the perfect time to make The Ranch at Fossil Creek your new home!
