The apartments look nice but are so cheaply built. You can hear everything your neighbor does. The dishwashers hardly ever work, the stoves start to have issues after a few months. Water pipes bust constantly, they don't spray the dog park as required, pool isn'tSee More >

We are very sorry to hear that this was your experience and we can understand your frustration. You moved in when Valor was owned and managed by a previous company. We are the current management team and have been in place for some time now. We only mention this, so you are aware that we were not the company that processed your move-in or accepted your Inventory and Condition Form. The Inventory and Condition Form would have been mentioned to you when you called about the charges, because this is your way of confirming your concerns (the shoes, dirty carpet, etc.) were brought to the attention of the previous management team at the time of your move-in. This is why the team inquired about this first, because it was not mentioned (shoes or dirty carpet) by you on this form. A member of the management team will be reaching out to you shortly. New office staff is courteous and kind and maintenance had my request done on the same day! Loving the change! Would total recommend Family and friends! And my fur baby loves the Bark Park. Pool is always open and clean as well.
