Please note the community is under surveillance however if any suspicious activity is found this is turned to the Houston Police Department so they can investigate. The property and the trash chutes are cleaned daily by the team. Please note that we truly apologize for this past incident when we had to shut the water off for longer than expected but it was necessary due to unexpected repair complications. The property is walked daily by the team; however, if you are experiencing a recurring problem we would appreciate you contacting the office. The fitness center and office were both severely affected by the floods on May 25th. Work on both areas has been on-going; the Team has been and will continue to offer residents 30 day passes to 24 hour fitness during the time the fitness center is not available. Hello Anonymous - The Property Manager, Luz Donovan has been speaking with Centerpoint Energy who provides the Electric Transmission & Distribution for the Houston metropolitan area. They are responsible for the wires, poles and electric infrastructure for a 5,000 square mile area in Houston. Per Centerpoint Energy the following occurred: . 6/18 there was an equipment failure that affected 751 customers . 6/19 a fuse stopped working which affected 80 customers . 6/30 a phase cable went out which damaged a fuse and 84 customers were affected We have verified with Centerpoint that in no way was the property involved nor could we have prevented these occurrences. Please understand that these issues cannot be controlled by the team or the property. I hope this explains the recent issues; I am happy to discuss this with you either in person or by phone. You are correct that the fitness center has been closed for a month; this is a result of the Historic Flood the area experienced on Memorial Day, May 25th. The Office and Fitness Center both were affected but thankfully no apartments were damaged due to the flooding. We have been working with the insurance company and restoration companies on a daily basis. As I am sure you realize many homes and businesses were affected so it has been moving at a slower pace.
