SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

I do not know why you are so unhappy when we have been available to speak with you on more than one occasion directly, face to face. There was no attempt received from you that these problems have existed. The certified letter mentioned was just received Saturday. We will be reaching out to you today. We apologize for your inconvenience and the way that you feel about our apartment community. This is not the reception we want anyone to have.
We apologize for the inconvenience of your vehicle being stickered due to flat tire. Unfortunately our pools were green Monday due to the enormous about of usage received over the weekend. We closed them down promptly Monday for servicing. They are blue today and you can enjoy a better view from your window. We offer patrol services, however, all of us must take responsibility for our own personal safety. If you would like to discuss anything with your apartment home, please feel free to contact the office and ask for your community manager.
We apologize that you had a bad experience while living here with us. This experience was some time ago and we have improved our customer service for all residents. Crime is not limited to an address, it can occur no matter where you live.
This is not an absolute true statement regarding our property or staff at this time. We continue to strive towards positive, quality apartment home living for everyone that chooses to make Wyndham Park their home. We do apologize for the misfortunate that may have occurred that has affected this former resident.

We are sorry you feel this way. We do not disconnect resident utilities intentionally at anytime unless there has been disruption in their own services. We would love to know how we can better serve you. We must be doing something right considering you have remained with us for almost seven years. Peyton we apologize for the way you are feeling. After I was able to speak with your friend's mother about that specific issue it was resolved. The trash in your area continues to be addressed with the residents that are creating the mess and we will continue to monitor the area and attempt to maintain it with our staff. Again, we do apologize for your dissatisfaction of your services at our community. We do have officers that patrol the community in an effort to deter crime, however, we can not provide them 24/7 nor can anyone predict when something will occur.
