I've lived here for way too long. Over the last 3 years I have watched all the fees go up, all the rents increase, new fees added and it's gotten horrible. Now they charge PET RENT, the most ridiculous concept out there - that is of course, in addition to the non-refundable pet deposit. AND, they make you obtain renter's insurance for $50,000 of coverage for them - a cool $25-30 a month more. Not to mention, they require a full 60-day notice of move out, while every other apartment complex has a 30-day requirement. The a/c units are waaaay too small, so your electricity bill can be $120/month or more for a one bedroom!!! When you add up all the costs, a 1-bedroom apartment that's 600 sq. ft. will cost you about $950/month, you're better off buying a house at that price!!
