Not that I have a lot of maintenance issues (I wanted to swap out the traditional switches for smart switches, turn off the alarm beep when the door opens), but maintenance has always been quick to respond and resolve my issues. The leasing staff is always very friendly and often does thoughtful things like leaving little gifts (like a new coffee mug and a K-cup) or cards at my door and reminding me that I have dry cleaning in the office to pick up. (That's right, you can drop off your dry cleaning in the box in the garage in the morning, and pick it up in the office in the evening!)
