PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I moved into Chandler Park in early 2018, it looked quite quiet was one of the main reasons I moved in. The AC was not working properly and not even a week in the apartment, I started experiencing the damaging effects of mold, I told the apartment, and they came and sprayed things on it and said it was not damaging to the health, I asked if I can break my lease, they said I will have to pay the penalty because the mold was not dangerous and will stop. I traveled for 2 weeks, on my return, there was mold everywhere. I called the management attention to it and they told me that I can switch apartments or I can break my lease without penalty and that they will pay for the damages. They even provided staff to help me move my furniture to their bin area. I moved in with a friend and later went back to my country, but until date, Chandler Park has not refunded my money. When I called them, they said my deposit and all my damages that they said will be repaid will go for the repair of the apartment because investigation shows that the mold generation was my fault. My regret is that I do not have pictures of the damages because I was deceived to believe that I was dealing with truthful people. Take my advice and don't stay here. If you are there already, make sure you take pictures and have proof of things you don't like, they are terrible.
