My experience has not been pleasant due to the lack of follow up from the staff. I reported the apartment was infested with roaches prior to moving and while i was filling out the inspection sheet the staff asked me to complete. I took photos and videos to show them. I have reported issues that needed to be resolved and they were not resolved. I regret my decision to move to that community. The staff failed miserably!
