well, after telling the office numerous times about a rat in the storage closet,nothing has been done,at all..We were told that we would be put on the pest control list twice and we have not seen him yet.I FIGURE WHEN WE MOVE OUT IN DECEMBER THEY WILL TRY TO STICK US WITH A BILL FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE RAT OR RATS,especially since the manager has been a little bitter towards us about our pet(10 POUND DOG) that she monitors on a regular basis instead of the rats and cats....the icing on the cake was last sat the 27th of Oct, i was getting my daughters bike out and i was so embarassed by the rat droppings that covered the bike that we had clean out 1st before she could ride the bicycle with her friends.i hope we can resolve this before move-out time,so were not charged extra for this mess.

    I am so sorry you feel this way and that you are unhappy at the moment. With regards to rental payments, unfortunately, we are required to hold each and every resident to the same terms and conditions set forth in the lease contract. We do understand that individual circumstances arise, and we do our best to work with residents as much as we can, but we have to stay within in the guidelines of the lease contract. We strive to keep our nature trail and all parts of our community as clean as possible and free of any type of debris so that our residents can enjoy the beauty of our community. In most cases, we are able to identify dogs and their owners easier and are able to address any concerns before a problem arises. We are working very closely with the Harris County Veterinary Public Health Department to capture the stray cats. We are aware of their presence and are working diligently to get the problem resolved. With regards to appliances, we do offer our residents an upgraded appliance package and would happy to discuss the arrangements and availability of this package if you are interested. If your appliances are not functioning, we would gladly set up a service request to get them repaired immediately. If an appliance is not functioning and can not be repaired, please understand that it will be replaced as needed. Our first priority is the satisfaction of our residents. I would be more than happy to discuss any specific concerns you may have if you would like to come in or call during business hours.
