Its a shame! I am a current resident that's getting ready to move every negative comment is true!! Maintenance fix my apartment when I request ,but I have to remind them to come back if they didn't finish. My car has never been stolen but it was hit several times by someone who lives here. The office staff talks about the residents with other residents and they give discounts to who they want to give discounts to. The phones never work when you need them to. The office open when they get ready why I have no idea manager lives on the premises.I can go on and on... Overall its horrible lighting, updates (cabinets dated), front doors buckling, gates are hit by residents and non residents, parking issue everybody have a sticker to park, and have two and three vehicles, the list goes on .... Oh the residents are nasty... the staff cleanup Mon- Fri but people and their company don't care on the weekends and holidays it's a mess.
