Not an ideal place to live...Lived here and moved out immediately...Don't go by the pictures they post on their internet. Go and see with your own eyes during morning, evening and night before you decide to move to this mouse infested place. When it rains itSee More >

This place is horrible I have never lived in a place worse than here. They have no parking spots every night after 8pm. People park around the fire zone and the office tells them to. I have seen and smelled the over flowing trash cansSee More >

No, They are not better. Everytjing breaks and its replaced by cheap materials that's break again. They take so long to fix stuff because there are so many work orders. The rug is disgusting. If your shades are broken you have to pay $150. TheSee More >

I was considering moving into these apartment until I went there. I am a firm believer of checking out apartments during the evening hours before my decision. Ok, where should I start. As I drove into this horrid place there were drunks hanging on carsSee More >

My husband and I moved into these apartments shortly after becoming engaged in the spring of 2013. During the leasing process, everything went great. Then we moved in. The dumpsters are always beyond overflowing, there is trash all around them which is tracked all overSee More >

There are always tons of teenagers yelling and fighting, and the walls are paper thin. Loud music is normal any day of the week and almost any time.See More >

Most likely the comment below that says yes they would recommend the next person to live here is definitely written by management to make it seems that this place is all good. I'm a tenant here and cannot wait until my lease is over. ThisSee More >

Aside from the location, there is nothing positive to write about these apartments. There are no mail boxes, the management has held a "Hotel Agreement" with the US Postal Service for over three years. Depending on the staff of the moment--yes, they go throughSee More >

I have a friend that lives in these apartments... They are poorly kept... they have graffitti. They are run down. They have roach problems and they also have rat problems. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

These apartments are not even close to average. They have recently instituted paid assigned parking (the area isn't even covered!) and have afforded approxiametlely 10-15 spots for visitor parking. Can you imagine the nightmare parking is? Those that live there and do not wantSee More >
