My biggest complaint is the trash situation. I had to lug my garbage to the other side of the complex and had problems with lazy tenants leaving their trash in the hallway. Most weekends the single trash dumpster was overflowing. I was also robbed at gun point in the parking lot one morning, but was lucky the crook only got four bucks in my wallet...but hey it's houston it could have happened anywhere. I paid for covered parking and cancelled it a short time later because everyone parked in my spot and I could not get Michael to do anything about it. Most times I found it difficult to find a place close to my apartment. I think that had to do with my particular unit, which was located at a corner. I called about my deposit two weeks after I moved out and they said I would have to wait until the end of the month before they could do anything about it. The call box was broken the first two months and there was a lot a vandalism to vehicles. While living there I recieved a nasty note about having a dish on my porch and they wanted me to get a renters policy for 100,000 and provide a 100 dollar deposit. I asked management what was the purpose of mandating a renters policy for having a dish and they could not articulate anything that was logical. My oversite on the lease, however I wish they would have been as patient with me about the dish as I was about the many problems this apartment complex has.
