RUN AWAY FAR AWAY!!!!
When I first moved into this complex it seemed nice enough. It included a lot of extra services, a free video library, valet trash service, pool, jacuzzi, and it was very affordable. In the second year they took away all of the extra amenties. The jacuzzi never worked, and the pool was poorly kept. They went through at least 3 managers in the four years I lived there, only one of which I ever even saw. If you called and wanted to speak to the manager the leasing agents would give you the run around. They couldn't properly process their water billing and threatened evictions over matters of $5 dollars. Then when you asked to see where the underpayment came from they could never produce it but still insisted you pay it. The maintenance staff was atrocious, shady and on one occasion I had one try to get me to pay him for doing a repair. I preferred to endure broken appliances rather than deal with the draconic apartment staff. My washer/dryer barely worked and on one occasion flooded the apartment, they claimed it was my fault. One night I had running water in my apartment and mainteannce took over two hours to show up. The maintenance man, who didn't speak English, was half dressed wearing a shirt with a racial slur on it.Share This Review
